Meals and Hospitality
The Hospitality Room is #204 at the Olympia Resort.
It is located on the main level, near the "shortcut" to the
show room. The Room will be available for limited social
events October 7-10. We will be open Thursday morning
before events begin and later Thursday and Friday afternoon
to pick up welcome bags and enjoy some refreshments. There
will be coffee , lemonade and snacks available. The welcome
bags will also include info from the Oconomowoc Chamber of
Commerce about area info along with dog and people products
to enjoy. Come inside for a visit! We are looking forward
to seeing everyone.

Breakfast and Lunch
A
concession will be available at the show every day from Oct
7, Thursday thru Oct 10, Saturday. Breakfast can be
purchased from 8 am - 9:30 am and Lunch from 11 am - 1 pm.
Reasonable pricing. Each day the menus will be slightly
different but some of the items might consist of:
Breakfast: Sandwich, doughnuts, danish, fruit cup, whole
fruit, gatorade, vitamin water, juices, coffee, hot
chocolate
Lunch: cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, fish fry, brat,
pulled pork, hot dog, cold wraps, salad, nachos,
candy,cookie,
brownie, drinks

Buffet Dinner
Cash Bar 6:30 pm - Dinner 7 pm
Entrees:
Chicken Champignon - Breast of Chicken stuffed with
wild mushrooms
Pan Seared Walleye with Tomato Concasse
Grilled Flat- Iron Steak with Burgundy mushroom sauce
Sides: Wild Rice Pilaf, Chef’s fresh seasonal Vegetables.
Dessert will be the chef’s choice. Also included are coffee, tea
and milk.
~ The banquet will include a cash bar ~
Cost: $36.50 per adult. Children ages 5-12 yr are $14.50. Children
4 & under are free.
(You
must reserve the number of free children along with your
reservation/payment for meals).
Deadline: Reservations must be received in the mail by September 21, 2015
(Please
mail the form and check ahead of time so it will arrive
by the deadline)
Check-in prior to
the banquet to pick up your tickets.

1. Filling in the form and mail along with a check
2. Paying online with PayPal and putting in the required
info/notes when paying

the Saturday events and you can pickup your tickets from her
