We would like
to invite you to participate in the 2015 American Chesapeake
Club National Specialty to be held at the Olympia Resort,
1350 Royale Mile Road, Oconomowoc, Wisconsin ~ 800-558-9573
Events will take place from October 8th through October
10th, 2015, with vendors setting up on Wednesday October 7th
beginning at 5:30 pm and breaking down on Saturday afternoon
October 10th .
This year most
vendors will be inside the ballroom and some will be in the
lobby outside the ballroom. The size of each booth space is
10’ x 10’ and will be available first come first served. You
may share a space if you make the arrangements yourself. The
cost of the space is $150 for the 3 days. If you are willing
to make a donation to our raffle (value of at least $50),
the space cost reduces by $25.
One eight (8)
foot skirted table with two chairs will be provided for each
space. Additional tables are available for $15 each, which
must be reserve in advance due to limited availability. We
will make every effort to accommodate those vendors who wish
to be situated near each other, but it is not guaranteed. If
you do not require a table, please let us know in advance so
we know how many tables we need to work with.
Olympia Resort will coordinate electrical needs with vendors
directly. Please contact Olympia directly.

doors or air walls with tacks, nails, staples, hooks, or
tape anywhere in the Resort, under any circumstances.
required to send a deposit of $50 which is due by September
8th, 2015 with the balance of space rental fee is
due by October 1st, 2015. Make checks for
vendor space payable to ACC.
We do reserve
the right to limit the number of vendors with similar
merchandise. To make this a wonderful shopping experience,
we ask that you make all effort to be with us the entire 3
